The Beatles - Revolver
I know nothing about this - it came to me from a heritage/legacy the other day.
It has no marks, numbers on it or anything in the out grooves. This is a metal plate overplated/coated with some (vinyl?) - I think it is called acetate, I am not sure.
You can see the metal plate at the edges and at the spinning hole.
The labels seem to be home made with typewritings and 'The Beatles' is cut from somewhere and glued to it. On the other side it also has a little cutting glued to it.
I have no clue who made this and when and why.
The record is G, some real signs of use, hairline marks, some scratches, but glossy black. I did not played it whole, but what I heard, it doesn't sound pefect, it sounds distant almost like a gramofon record with some surface noise - but has all the songs from Revolver.
Maybe someone is interested.
