In this auction:

 

·       “REVOLVER” by The Beatles

·       This LP was issued by Capitol Records.

·       It was issued from 1969 to 1971.

·       But this pressing is SPECIAL! This is the RARE CAPITOL RECORD CLUB PRESSING of this title.

·       This CAPITOL RECORD CLUB PRESSING has its own special catalog number an “8” preceding the original LP catalog number. This LP’s catalog number is ST 8 – 2576. 

·       The Beatles’ CAPITOL RECORD CLUB PRESSINGS have become VERY SOUGHT AFTER for their RARITY due to the very limited quantities pressed. You had to be a member of the Capitol Record Club to originally buy and have this LP shipped to you!! You could not walk into a record store and purchase it off the rack.

·       And this Record Club vinyl also comes with its CUSTOM RECORD CLUB COVER. The COVER in this auction has ST 8-2576 printed on the rear cover at top right and on the lower portion of the spine. The 3 black “hash-marks” on the top left seam also identify this as a Record Club cover. 

·       The COVER is graded STRONG VG to VG+ CONDITION. There is VERY LIGHT overall wear on the front and rear covers. Both front and rear cover images look nice! (Just check the images!) (Only a small corner push on the top right corner and light wear at the top of the spine, and light wear on the corners kept me from grading the cover higher.)

·       The VINYL is in NICE VG Condition. There are a number of light surface hairlines/scuffs. (NOTE: The light areas on the labels are just the reflection of the camera flash.)
