With amazing rare early pressing mis spelling on back!
This very collectable Beatles classic from 1966 is on the Parlophone label with the classic yellow and black middle.
Very shiny still and looks to be in amazing condition for something 41 years old. And so it should be ! It hasn't been played for around 40 years and we've kept it carefully.
I've listed it as special and rare because the back cover lists track number four is listed as ''DR ROBERT'' .
These were later corrected to ''DOCTOR ROBERT''
AND I'M TOLD THAT ONLY very EARLY PRESSINGS HAVE THIS SPELLING!
I'm no expert but I can see that the thing called the mother stamper on side 1 is number 1. The one in the three o'clock position is RH
The mother stamper on one side two is number 3. The one in the three o'clock position is RM
THE ORIGINAL FULLY LAMINATED GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE COVER IS EXCELLENT\EXCELLENT PLUS!!! (I'M ALSO TOLD IT'S VERY RARE TO FIND LIKE THIS.)
No seam splits back and front nice and clean with no writing well looked after. Text on spine is clear and inner sleeve in good condition.
I can see very few scratches and marks but can't test this as we have no record player.
Labels are excellent with very few spindle marks this.
Has the "sold in the uk" text
Gramophone co text is around the rim of the label.
PLEASE NOTE : I reluctantly withdrew this from ebay last week because I was unable to correct an error I'd made in the listing. I've put it back as soon as I could and I'm sorry if anyone was disappointed!
Non UK buyers please note this can be sent by surface mail which should be a lot cheaper than the airmail price quoted . But it can take ages to Canada and Australia although Europe and most of the USA tends to be a lot quicker!
