The Beatles Let it Be 1970 Vinyl LP and Get Back Book from original Box Set

Description

These items are the original LP record and book from an original boxed set.  Regrettably I no longer have box or poster however, I have owned the book and record from new.
The book is in reasonable condition.  The cover has come away from the spine and some of the pages are loose (this seems to be a common fault with these books).  There should be no pages missing as the book has been in storage for some years.  There is some slight creasing to the inside front and back pages and some very slight scuffing on the cover.
The record is in very good condition and plays perfectly.  It is Stereo PCS 7096
Side 1: YEX 773-3U.  Other marks: 23 and GGT (hope that is correct as very difficult to read)
Side 2: YEX 774-3U.  Other marks: 24 and GLH (difficult to read as above)
The inner sleeve is white and has no marks or tears. The outer sleeve has some creasing at the bottom both front and back.  The top left front has a crease and the film coating has lifted up - see picture.  There is also some damage to the top left hand edge of the cover, again see picture.
