THE BOOK IS WONDERFULL CONDITION FOR ITS 40 YEARS.
there are no loose or unattached pages
(this book is inclined to have such, so care should be taken when opening to preserve its value)
The ONLY slight fault I can see is the small scuff mark on the back cover, please see photograph , and a very light crease on the front cover right hand side again please see the photographs

TAKE MY WORD FOR IT I HAVE LISTED OVER 2000 BEATLES ITEMS ON EBAY SINCE I BEGAN TRADING HERE AND USED THE WORD "RARE" ONCE IN ALL THAT TIME. PLEASE DONT BE BELIEVING A BEATLES ITEM TO BE "RARE" JUST BECAUSE A LISTING USES THIS WORD. THE ITEMS THAT TRULY ARE HARD TO FIND DO NOT NEED TO HOODWINK PEOPLE BECAUSE GENUINE BEATLES TRADERS KNOW WHAT IS WHAT. IT IS REALLY BEGINING TO ANNOY ME THOUGH HOW MUCH PEOPLE ARE USING THE WORD "RARE" WHEN INDEED THE ITEM IS NO WHERE NEAR "RARE" "EXTREMELY RARE" "IMMPOSSIBLE TO FIND" ETC ETC.
