The BEATLES   ‘PLEASE PLEASE ME’   STEREO PCS 3042

YEX 94-1   (2-MG)                        YEX 95-1  (1  AT)

STUNNING example read on, look at the pix!

This copy is from the final run of Parlophone’s black/yellow labels before they switched to silver and black in 1969. This copy dates from late 1968/early 1969, however it does have KT embossed on side 2. For this style of labels (without sold in uk … text) very rare to have KT embossed!

Very minor spindle trails, relatively few plays STUNNING labels and vinyl. Fantastic near mint audio. You will search hard to find a better example of this LP. This has been well kept and looked after since 1969 by one careful owner.

The INNER SLEEVE is EMI advertising 16 other LPs with no rips, marks or tears. Excellent+ (The LP is protected in another inner sleeve to protect the original EMI one)

The Garrod & Lofthouse cover with small stereo on the front matches this LP well. EX++ condition. It has 37/5 in pencil discreetly written on the back which I am told was the price of this LP in 1968 (37 shillings and 5 pennies). There is slight laminate creasing but it does not detract from the overall high quality of this cover. The cover has a pinched spine at the top and bottom with slight corner wear but the text on the spine is clear and proud.

Overall this is an EX+ to NM copy of this iconic LP in a rare pressing from 1968/69.
