Description

Up for auction is The Beatles LP "Introducing The Beatles" on the Vee Jay label...1st pressing, Version 2... an authentic, extremely rare stereo version...I have had this album on display in my mancave for many years and describe it as "very presentable" or "pleasing to the eye"...I WILL NOT guaranty it as a nice playing record...it could be but I don't know...it is a well-played record...but we all know the value here is in the record's rarity...it also comes with the correct, and somewhat rare, inner ad sleeve...the red one you see occasionally on eBay is not correct...the cover has a 4-inch separation on the bottom at the album's opening...the spine is ok and can be read...these don't come up for auction very often and when they do the price can be very high...I am liquidating my duplicates of Beatles' albums as I am 71 yrs. old and it's time...my adult daughters have no desire to inherit vinyl albums!...thanks for looking!
Note: the red, ad Vee Jay inner sleeve is often seen with "Introducing The Beatles"...if you look at a red sleeve notice the ad at the bottom for an LP by Ray Walston VJLP-1100...it wasn't released until November 1964...consequently, the red, ad sleeve couldn't appear in a Beatles' album released in January 1964.
