Description
This is the original first Stereo pressing of the album "Revolver" by The Beatles on the Parlophone label catalogue number PCS 7009. Not too many of this particular album have survived in such outstanding condition as many suffered as a result of bad handling, storage etc. This particular copy has been very carefully looked after and remains in NEAR MINT condition. Matrix numbers are: Side 1, YYEX-605-1 Side 2, XEX 606-1 Stampers: Side 1, 9 O clock 3, 3 O clock TG, Side 2, 9 O clock 2, 3 O clock HG
The vinyl retains a beautiful shine and neither side displays any scratches whatsoever. The vinyl would challenge original shop condition and the labels are also bright and clean and display only a few light spindle lines.
The record is housed in the original plain white, Patents Pending sleeve, that has no splits or other damage. The original Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve remains lovely and white although there is some shading on the spine edge. The rear of the sleeve is in outstanding condition with very nice corners.
This is an outstanding example of a very collectable piece.
I will post internationally but buyer must pay fully insured postage.
