The Beatles / Alpha Omega / Audio Tape, Inc. / 1972 / 4 LP set is in NM- condition and the box is in VG+ condition with one corner split and moderate ringwear, as shown. Keep in mind I don't/won't grade an open item as mint and this item is fully guaranteed. I grade tough, and many customers report items received as better than described...see my feedback).
