The Beatles: 1982 Original Master Recordings Mobile Fidelity Labs 1/2-Speed Vinyl Set Includes everything shown
(all photos are of the actual items).
All 14 of the Beatles’ original British issue albums were mastered from the original analog tapes and cut at 1/2 speed to the highest quality by JVC in Japan, using the finest quality vinyl. The LPs sound so good that some audiophiles still prefer them to audio CDs. These records were only played twice to make tape copies, and then stored in a smoke-free environment for 28 years. They are in pristine, "Near Mint+" condition and the box, sleeves and Artbook are "Near Mint" ("Goldmine Record Ratings"). Each has a static/dust-free inner sleeve and a heavy-duty outer sleeve with photos of the original reel-to-reel tapes.
This set includes a 20 page booklet containing full-size reproductions of the original album jackets, and a Geo- Disc turntable and cartridge alignment tool (its box has a bent corner--see detail below--but the tool itself is fine).
