REAL FIRST PRESSING with  "Imp. A.C.E.M. 5-66" WRITTEN ON BACK SLEEVE AND ORIGINAL TITLE TAG ON OPEN SIDE (see scan).

Condition: 

Sleeve: Front: ex+ (Near mint) - Back: ex+ (very small ringwear otherwise near mint)

Vinyl: A-side & B-side : ex- (some surface marks - sounds nice and clear)

Label: A-side: ex+ (near mint) - B-side: ex- (superb label except small "8" written on top)

Really nice condition. See picture. 

Great original EP with unique french picture sleeve.
