HERE IS A VERY RARE EXPERIMENTAL COVER FEATURING A FRONT PANEL 'STEREO' INDICATOR
NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY, JUST A FEW FOUND THEIR WAY INTO RECORD STORES HERE IN THE U.K.
I think it is fair to say, that whoever bought this at the time, would not have been aware of its rarity and so, for an original issue this example is far better than most 1960's covers. It does have creases and thumb bends but is fully intact and the spine is perfect. The unprotected back panel has toned with age and there are a few stains but it is the rarity that is the most important thing here (see photos). The 3/3 L.P. plays with excellent audio quality. There are some careless needle lines which do cause some mild background clicks on a few tracks but they are faint and there are no skips or stalls. The original inner sleeve is in excellent condition and is fully intact.
For any serious collector, this would be a great item to own!
