Description

Just recently I bought a massive collection of 60's and 70's LPs...some are in surprisingly immaculate condition, and some are not, but the original owner (a well-respected Australian vinyl hoarder) was a fastidious collector of the styles he loved - 60's punk/garage, British invasion well-knowns [Beatles/Hollies/Dave Clark 5/Gerry & The Pacemakers/Zombies/Troggs/etc..], 70's West Coast sounds, pop-psych and he'd obviously forraged far and wide since there's a flurry of unique South American, New Zealand,Taiwanese, South African, Japanese releases amongst them all.

Here then, is one of the LPs from his collection:

ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?:    No...it's the second last pressing here, in fact, and the last to use the UK's 'YEX' pressing plates, after which it was remastered here for one final vinyl pressing in 1988 (matrix numbers on this are: YEX 178-4 AP and YEX 179-6 AP). Non-flipback cover...matt front and back covers.

CONDITION:

COVER: ( EX )...front is SO near mint, apart from a very light crease in the bottom left corner...back has thee most minor of wear...small seam splits at top and bottom

RECORD: ( M- )...as shiny and as clean and pristine as new....looks unplayed...

LABELS: (Side One: MINT / Side Two: MINT )...has NO spindle marks on labels at all...stunning...
