Please study scans and read description carefully. 
Visual Grade (Vinyl/Label): VG- (As you can see from the scans, the record has an edge heat warp; otherwise the vinyl on both sides looks VG +, with only a few light marks, and spindle marks on the labels. Both sides retain original gloss. 
Play Grade: VG+ (On Side A, the warp causes a light thump for about 8 revolutions at beginning of "Achtung;" however, there are no skips or jumps, and otherwise Side A plays EX. Side B plays EX as well, with only a light series of swishes at the beginning of "Radiationmasturbation," so both sides play really well except for these defects. You can see the needle move as it plays through each side, but there is no distortion or other playback issue. Though the initial playback defects are audible, especially on Side One, they are not distracting enough to prevent enjoyable listening, at least to my ears.  
Sleeve Type/Condition: VG+ (Fold-open paper sleeve has corner and edge bending, especially upper right; Also ring indentation on both sides; Not a crisp sleeve, but a good one, with no tears or major damage); Comes with a plain white inner sleeve, which is slightly discolored and bent from age.

All records are carefully packaged in cardboard record mailers; they are removed from jackets/picture sleeves and shipped in a plain white sleeve in a plastic sleeve for further protection.
