Description

Test Pressing – SAINT-SAENS: SAMSON & DELILAH

Six single-sided white label HMV stereo test pressing made in England (see photos). "Samson & Delilah" is written on the labels but there is no indication of catalogue number or performers. Probably HMV SAN 117-119, Pretre and Orchestre du Theatre National de L’Opera; Rita Gorr, Jon Vickers, Ernest Blanc.

The discs are clean and shiny. There are occasional very light marks and a few light random ticks; nothing to detract from the performance. Please note: no commercial sleeve.
