Teo Macero Private Recording, Inscribed

This is the promotional sampler self-produced by Teo Macero.  The record appears to be MINT, with a high luster; perhaps played once, if at all.  The gold script lettered cover is in exceptional condition with just minor rubbing at the extremes of the bottom seam and 1” at the bottom of the spine; boldly signed on the back: “To my dear friend Earl Prince who knows I’m crazy.  All best, Teo Macero”.  Macero was a musician, composer, and producer who worked with Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Dave Brubeck, Charles Mingus, and others.  All 16 tracks were composed by Macero.

Personnel include Thelonious Monk, Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, John Lewis, and Pony Poindexter.
