This is a genuine rarity – and a cracking LP to boot, not much a fan of folk myself but can completely see the ongoing attraction collectors have with this LP – give it a listen.
This is a copy of ‘Tennent – Morrison’ from 1972, the only pressing (Polydor), their debut album; and a collector’s item - full of American swamp rock and British folky sound. The band comprised of John Tennent and David Morrison, and was recorded with several members of Stone the Crows (Jimmy, Ronnie Leahy, Steven Thompson, Colin Allen), plus Herbie Flowers (bass) and Clem Cattini (drums).
The sleeve has the faintest hint of ringwear and some general edgewear from being stored without a protective sleeve on a wooden shelf, but without any obviously knocked corners or creases. The rear is coming away from the upper flipback but I don’t degrade for this, the adhesive was never intended to last this long and is easily re-glued if preferred. The inner is pretty spotless barring the normal opening-edge dirt/dust discolouration – and there are some extras; two black and white photos of the artists and a ‘Polydor News Release Sheet’; a contemporary introduction to the artists and LP that may well be an internal memo from Polydor, given whom we’re selling this on behalf of.
The disc is in fantastic condition and to my eye under a bright light has a pair of VERY fine surface scrapes on A and a small hairline across A1 – otherwise is NM by my (rather conservative) book.

1. NM: Record/sleeve will be near-perfect or have maybe very minor scuff/s from being handled a few times or from the inner sleeve (potentially played once or twice). 
2. EX: Record will have some minor scuffs and possible more noticeable marks preventing a NM grading; a record that was played very little and has been taken care of.
3. VG Plus: Record will have noticeable scuffs and light scratches from being handled and played, but nothing too deep as to affect playback. May have light background noise in quieter areas but still no major issues; a record that has been played and enjoyed but not abused.
4. VG: Record will have scuffs and scratches from being handled and played, causing noticeable background noise and some disturbances/pops but still enjoyable overall; still a good quality record that can be enjoyed with life left.

5. GOOD / FAIR / POOR: Record will have scuffs and major scratches. Can still be played but will have background noise and most likely major distractions such as sustained pops or skips. Records with this grade are used for rare albums or ones that would be best used only for display.
