Tangerine Dream Alpha Centauri Atem Mega Rare 1st Issue UK Promo UNPLAYED Stunning

Nearly Impossible to find 1st issue pressed on Virgin Records in 1976 with Promotional Labels.

The labels seem to have printing errors as well, crediting virgin records on the labels for the actual year of release 1971 & 1973 then correcting it on the sleeve back to 1976, I do not have another copy to check if this is unique or it was what was printed on later copies too.

Presented in a Laminated Gatefold picture sleeve and features two original Black Virgin Poly Lined inner sleeves.

This record was given to a BBC Radio DJ at the time of release; it was filed away in a temperature controlled room and did not see the light of day until 5 years ago when I managed to acquire it, since then it has been archive stored in my vinyl vault and to this day remains Unplayed.

Needless to say the labels and vinyl are spotless with no spindle traces confirming the fact that this is unplayed.

The Fully laminated picture sleeve is in very near to mint condition with no writing, tears or seam splits, the only thing that lets this cover down from being graded as mint is to creasing at the top and bottom on the right hand side, pictures should show.

The inner sleeves are perfect with no seam splits and the vinyl is stored in new poly lined sleeves and will be posted this way with the vinyl’s outside of the sleeve but fully protected.

I appreciate this is not the original pressing but even so, to get and unplayed copy from 1976, nearly 40 years old and having promo labels as well makes this a real find.

All vinyls are visually graded unless I have given information on the play quality in the description.

This is one of many items from my vinyl vault, they a carefully stored with the sleeves and vinyls seperated(unless Sealed) and will be posted this way to ensure that the item arrives in the condition as stated.
