Notes: No insert
Record: VG++/EX+ practically NM!!!   looks new and possibly unplayed, no signs of use or mishandling Sleeve: VG   clean appearance and only minor shelf wear to front while back cover shiny and spotless; partial split in bottom right seam (not visible in pictures) 
VERY RARE item from band local to the NYC-Hudson Valley region...not known to be more than 100 copies in existence. Found in the private collection of a deceased musician in Brooklyn, NY.
