The Tronics: (In) Love Backed By Force LP (UK, Alien, '81). This is a lovely, near mint condition (both vinyl and cover are nearly new in appearance and performance, I played it once, and boy did it sound good!) ORIGINAL copy of this long lost 24 year old UK diy garage folk psych minimalist MONSTER! One of my favorite LPs - period! It moves from Syd Barrett zones (Min Dama) and fuzz and primitive percussion garage feasts (Love Backed By Force) into sublime and skeletal Beatlesque pop (T.V. On In Bed), weirdo electronic pop experimental trips (Ultra Pol, Charlie Manson), and flat out great rock (My Baby's In A Coma)...I love it! Would appeal to fans of the Velvet Underground, Swell Maps, Syd Barrett, Soft Boys, Television Personalities, Suicide, Beat Happening....Here's what one recent rare record list had to say about this LP: "all-time classic and original UK diy gem featuring the male/female duo Ziro Baby and Gaby De Vivienne.
