THIS IS THE ORIGINAL ISSUE OF THE LP “SONGS AND SOUTHERN BREEZES” ISSUED ON THE TOPIC LABEL AND THE VINYL IS IN MINT CONDITION (SEE PICTURES). THE COVER IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION (SEE PICTURES).

The record labels are in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO writing, and NO spindle marks. THIS RECORD HAS HARDLY BEEN PLAYED AND THEN ONLY ON TOP QUALITY HI-FI EQUIPMENT. The vinyl is in SUPERB condition with NO scratches, NO scuff marks and NO signs of wear. THE RECORD STILL RETAINS EVERY BIT OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK! The record must grade MINT! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way! Brilliant!!

The cover is in excellent condition apart from the ringwear and creasing at the edges.  There is NO creasing at all! There is LITTLE wear to the spine. There is MODERATE wear to the open edges.
