1971 uk Philips 6308044 + B&W promo photo & 3 page promo booklet. EX++. Here is a earliest uk first pressing of the the musically flawless very rare third uk Acid-Psych-Folk album by the excellent 'Tim Hollier'. This is a superb album full of beautiful haunting acoustic Acid-folk-psych tunes, some of the tracks have a brilliant chilled-out Eastern sound/feel to them. This copy comes complete with super-rare never see original promotional inserts, these being a large glossy 10''x 8'' black and white photograph, and also a tri-foldout promo pic/info insert, these promo inserts are simply mega-rare and so hard to find and never turn up with the album. Just like his other two early albums, this 1971 effort also failed to sell well and so now rarely surfaces for sale. With this listing i have included four complete MP3s, these MP3s were taken directly from the vinyl album for sale, all other album tracks are very similar sounding. The vinyl has a really excellent original extremely clean deep glossy sheen, there are no nasty marks, scratches or scuffs at all and so there are no clicks or pops and no annoying loud background crackle, in fact this album has been barely played at all and so there are barely any signs of play and so barely even a trace of crackle. Both sides play and sound top excellent throughout, this album really does play and sound very near perfect with no lessoning in the sound quality, the vinyl has a very minor warp which is so slight that it has no affect on play at all. This is just a fantastic original vinyl copy that will definitely not disappoint in any way.

The labels are in excellent clean condition and look superb apart from just a couple of  spindle traces.

The fully laminated single cover is in EX+ very clean and tidy condition. The front and back lamination has a superb high gloss finish with just a couple of very small light spine creases. The top and bottom edges and spine are in great shape with no wear and all spine text in clear and easy to read, the opening edge is still nice and sharp with no weakening or featering. The white paper inner is excellent and clean with no splits.

The folded three page promo booklet is in excellent++ clean and tidy condition, there are just a couple of tiny light corner creases otherwise superb.

The 10'' x 8'' glossy black & white Promo photo is also in excellent++ very clean condition with only a few very light signs of handling.

I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
