Wiederveröffentlichung dieser klassischen Trojan-Label-Compilation auf 180g schwerem Vinyl. Das britisch-jamaikanische Label Trojan wurde 1968 gegründet und ein Jahr später blickte man bereits auf über 100 7" Single-Veröffentlichungen, so dass man das Medium der Compilation dafür nutzen wollte, das Label und dessen Konzept einem breiteren Publikum vorzustellen. Schließlich trug man den neuesten jamaikanischen Reggae nach Europa und trat damit eine Jugendbewegung los. So finden sich frühe Single-Hits zusammengestellt, weshalb die Kopplung bei Reggae-Fans bis heute als Zeitdokument der goldenen Ära des Reggae gilt.
