We are auctioning off, a MINT copy of the PETER TOWNSEND OF THE WHO TALKS WITH & ABOUT THUNDERCLAP NEWMAN (Speedy Keen, Jimmy McCulloch and Andy Newman)(Track Records PR-A-106) LP. This LP is absolute FLAWLESS - MUSEUM QUALITY and includes the original plain-white poly-lined disc sleeve and Cover. There are NO SCRATCHES - there are NO SCUFFS – and, there are NO FINGERPRINTS. For all intents and purposes, this record appears to be UNPLAYED!
THIS IS A ULTRA RARE ONE (1) SIDED PROMOTIONAL LP!
I have play this LP and enjoyed the conversation and snips of music featuring Something In The Air and talk about the Hollywood Dreams, produced by Pete Townsend or The Who - LP.
THE COVER
The cover is in EXCELLENT++ condition. It is a Black & White litho so, it does have the typical but slight "yellowing" from age however, the corners are crisp, the spines are all 100% and the cover-opening is sharp . The front cover shows SOME MINOR ringing and some whiteout covering the original owners name (presumably).
There are probably very few these LPs known to be in existence and this is certainly one of the FINEST EXAMPLES available today! Frankly, if you were to insist on a better example of this ultra RARE promo-release, you would have to find a sealed copy and who knows how much that might cost if it even exists!
THIS IS A TRULY RARE OPPORTUNITY AND WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT!
