Very RARE UK original pressing of Third World War, the debut album by Terry Stamp and Jim Avery, released on Fly Records (and distributed by Pye) in 1972.
"These limey Commie proto-punks were “tired of licking the government’s ass” and ready to bust a cap in the Prime Minister. As Carnaby flower power gave way to economic collapse, TWW rallied the workingman around Terry Stamp’s scrap-metal guitar and pack-a-day voice. To wit: “When the bullets whine/Blast your automatic/I’ll be blasting mine”. Guys like Joe Strummer and John Lydon listened closely and made a riot of their own."
