Description
The Police and their record label, A&M, had thing for issuing rare vinyl records, and I have collected them for years. This is one of the very rarest. It's the 12" version of Roxanne backed with Peanuts (AMS 7348). I bought my copy at Wax Trax Records in Chicago in the early '80s. This item is extremely rare, very collectible, and highly sought after.
When I got it, it had a little wear on the side and bottom seams and a few crinkles. There is some barely visible ring wear on the front cover. I rate the cover as VG+. The vinyl is in excellent condition; I conservatively rated it Excellent. Certainly I never played it. When I bought it, I immediately put the vinyl in a plastic sleeve and the jacket in a vinyl sleeve. It has been kept in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
