RETURNS POLICY -You have 7 days to return items that have been wholly miss described by ourselves, but we must be informed by email or telephone the day upon which the item is received by yourself, failure in following these steps will result in your payment being passed to the seller and refunds will then be difficult if at all possible. INSURANCE - If you opt to pay for our insurance (if offered), you will be covered against loss or damage to the amount of your final bid should the item be affected during the period starting from your full cleared payment until the item is delivered to you. If you do not take our insurance then you do not have this cover and our responsibility for your purchase ends when we pass it to the delivery agent. SHIPPING COST - Our shipping fees include packaging material as well as courier fees etc and also take into account the fact that a person is paid to package and then deliver these items to courier depots or Post Offices. SHIPPING - We ship auction wins usually within 24 hours however we ask that you wait upto 2 weeks, although this will rarely if ever be the case.
