Condition: Cover VG+ / Vinyl EX  

The cover has some wear, including a small tear on the bottom right corner, fraying on corners, but NO splits or writing (see photos).  The vinyl has a nice shine with a few very small light scratches.     All vinyl is inspected under bright lights.     Thanks for looking & God Bless!  Super Fast Shipping!!!
