This is Tower ST 5104, Tower ST-5104 first catalog number on cover second on label. I am not sure if there was more than one pressing but this is an original first with dead wax reading side 1 ST-1-5104-A1 and side 2 ST-2-5104-A1. This album by the Northern Irish band Them is the second released by the band after Van Morrison left for a solo career. This album is very rare and is an album of the band experimenting with psychedelia with some blues rock. The track "Square Room" at almost ten minutes long is an outstanding example of psychedelic rock. It has the track "Witch Doctor" written by John Mayall and "You're Just What I Was Looking For Today" written by Gerry Goffin and Carole King both tracks some real early work by these three as writers. The band members are Kenny McDowell vocals, Jim Armstrong lead guitar, Alan Henderson bass, Ray Elliott saxophone/organ/flute and Dave Harvey drums.

The vinyl has a scuff and a few surface scratches. I have played both sides and there are a few clicks in the record but there is nothing that takes away from the enjoyment of listening to this record. The record is way to rare and to good to ignore because of this. I have thrown out records as rare as this one that I felt was to damaged to list but this one is really in pretty good condition and very close to VG+ and there are many out there who would sell this as VG+. I just stopped and listened to both sides again and still say there is nothing to take away from enjoying this lp. The price I will list it at is very reasonable. The cover has wear on both front and back but most of the wear is the upper left corner with about a three inch split on the upper seam and heavy flaking on spine for about two inches from uper corner down and there is heavy flaking on both top and bottom seam at the opening. The cover sounds bad but it is not about to fall apart like it might sound. This is a very good opportunity to get this rare album.
