This has the paper insert glued to a blank white cover. The record has white labels w/ deep groove. W-556-A, B, C, D etched in the run-out grooves.
"This rare 2 lp set was released on the TRADE MARK OF QUALITY (TMOQ) label. These tracks are a collection of at the time Non lp Studio tracks. Beginning with the first 2 tracks as the High Numbers in 1964 and going up to 1971. The 4th side is all live."
