this is a fabulous item for all fans and collectors of the who. a beautiful, fantastically rare U.S acetate for the 1975 "the who by numbers" LP. it has "mastering lab" of hollywood blvd / LA labels and an original uk press sheet advertising both the lp for october / press guy's phone number and tour dates.
the most intriguing side to this is the if you study the scans of the labels, you'll see that it includes different pre-finished / commercial copies titles! unfortunately i don't have a finished copy of the lp here to pit this against. i **think** these are working titles as opposed to completely different unreleased tunes. i'm sorry to sound vague but i'd hate to say these were unreleased only for a buyer to say i was wrong!

the pre sheet is in excellent condition, the acetate itself has 1 or 2 surface marks but plays great (and smells it too :))
