Has resided in my personal collection since new. Played a few times back in the day on audiophile equipment but has been carefully stored for many decades. Excellent condition, please see photos of actual item.

It reached #4 in the U.K. In the U.S. (and presumably Canada) the release was held back until April or May 1967. The album was retitled "Happy Jack" partly because the 'Happy Jack' single had been a minor hit for The Who there and partly because Decca, their U.S. record company, objected to the "double entendre" in the original title.
