Description
The Sun Also Rises self-titled album on The Village Thing label from 1970 (VTS 2).
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested.
both sides have some faint hairlines but nothing heavy or feelable.
it's not a bad listen overall. there's some low surface noise and occasional low pops but nothing that over-powers the music.
i would say that it's between VG and VG Plus (leaning more towards the VG Plus grade).
the sleeve has noticeable wear along the edges and corners / spine.
it has a horizontal rub mark along the front next to The Village Thing logo, and faint ring wear.
it's also been exposed to moisture on the left-hand side of the sleeve.
i would grade a sleeve in this condition as GOOD.
there is no lyric insert with this copy.
summary: scarce UK Folk album in a used condition. sleeve is quite worn, record is better.
