Description
THE SAINTS (I'm) Stranded LP on the EMI label (MID 166130).
this pressing is the 1987 reissue on the Australian EMI label.
this would have been the first reissue of the album since 1977, going by Discogs.
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested.
it has a slight wobble on the turntable - not a warp, it's just not 100% true when Side Two is playing.
both sides have some faint hairlines and sleeve removal marks.
nothing feelable or heavy though.
Side One:
no real issues.
there's one tiny (tiny) pop about halfway through (I'm) Stranded. it's barely noticeable.
there's also a similar tiny pop towards the end of Messin' With The Kid - again, barely noticeable really.
there's a bit of faint surface noise between tracks but otherwise all tracks play through loud and clear.
Side Two:
there's some faint surface noise between tracks but other than that there's nothing to report really.
it's a decent sounding album, i'd say that it grades between VG and VG Plus.
the sleeve has shelf wear and corner wear plus a small sticker at top right.
there's also a Price Attack sticker at top left.
graded as VG.
