The Sacred Mushroom was a blues, psychadelic rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, active in the late 1960s.

They recorded one album on Parallax in 1969 which included original material and the covers of T-Bone Walker's "Mean Old World" and Ray Davies' "I'm Not Like Everybody Else".
