Here is the ultra rare 1989 Japanese Test Press/Promo LP "Steel Wheels" from The Rolling Stones.

This test pressing was produced by the Yuusen Broadcasting Corporation in Japan and was intended for Radio Station use only - a very unique item and one that rarely appears for sale:
