Condition (see grading criteria below, all condition reports done under magnification):  
Front cover:  VG - Some shelf wear top center, few chips in that area (see photo), top right corner some slight paper scuff, bottom left corner tiny ding Back cover:  Very good plus, light shelf wear top center, small ink check mark upper left, tiny stain at center left edge Spine:  Firm and intact yet some chips and paper scuffs top and bottom edges. Far left printed "PS 420" the "P" and the "S" and the "0" are missing via chips.
Album Sleeve: Original, fully intact.

LP Side A: Very good plus, human eye only light surface scratch through first two tracks.  Under magnification some light to very light surface scratches, nothing deep.  Under magnification some light spindle wear.
LP Side B:  Very good plus, under human eye a very light scratch running through last three tracks. Under magnification, some scattered light to very light isolated scratches, nothing deep or severe.  Under magnification some light spindle rub.
Side A playing has some fuzz on the run in that cleans up the deeper into the album Side B playing has some fuzz on the run in that clean up the deeper into the album.
Visually the vinyl is glossy but it has been played. For a 56 year old album, it has held up pretty well.  New or Near Mint, this LP can run into 100s of dollars.  For a few bucks, it is obtainable but unplayable.  This LP offered looks pretty good and plays decent.  Later into the vinyl on both sides, the fuzz dissipates.  Greater volume, it will play through the wear.  NO pops, no repetitive scratch noise, just some background fuzz.  Overall this LP is somewhere between VG and VG+

All my vinyl is powered by a Mac 4100, Tannoy Saturn 10s on a Technics SLQ220 with a middle of the road Audio-Technica cartridge and needle with about 50 hours on it.  Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. 

All condition reports are done under magnification and raking light.  Even tiny stuff I list in condition.  I do take the time to play these albums, typically not the entire album, but always run in and first song on each side.  


Grading System: (this was pasted from other sellers, thank you, but faithfully adhere to it).

SEALED: Sealed at factory and never opened. Vinyl is assumed to be mint, but cannot be sure until opening.

NM: When I grade something near mint, you know the only thing that isn't perfect about it is that someone actually opened it. There could be a light scuff mark or two from taking it out of the sleeve. The jacket will look like new.

VG++: These LPs appear not to have been played more than once or twice. You can expect to see scuffs or other insignificant surface marks ­ very minor ­ that will have no effect whatsoever on the sound of the recording. Jacket will show very slight, just beginning ring wear. Maybe a little wear in the corners.

VG+: Records in this condition have obviously been played a few times, though they have been well taken care of. You can expect to see a few light marks, but they should have a minimal effect, if any at all, on the sound of the recording. Jacket will very likely show noticeble ring and edge wear and maybe one or two other minor flaws. Anything more will be noted.

VG: These albums have been played quite a few times and although not abused you will see and hear signs of use. But, the music will dominate your listening experience and you shouldn't be overwhelmed by the various vinyl nuances, such as tics, pops, crackles and hisses. You should still be able to sit back and fully enjoy listening to an album in this condition.
Jacket will have a number of flaws, such as heavy ring and seam wear, writing, small seam splits, stickers, etc.

G: I try not to go here, but if it's a rare or exceptionally great piece of music that must be heard, then I'll offer it. But the noise will be very noticeable, and you'll want to find a better copy. Still, the record will be fully playable, and you should enjoy it because it's such wonderful music. Jackets in this condition will have large seam splits, large writing, paper tears, or water damage. But it will still be fully capable of protecting the album inside.

Due to Covid I'm beginning to unload/deacession my collection.  Vinyl has been a part of my life since the late 1970s and I've bought and kept albums since then and most importantly, played and enjoyed the music. Shipping:  Any album shipped will be packed in a special cardboard mailer designed to ship vinyl and I will put a top and bottom layer of cardboard on top of that.  All my albums come with a heavy clear liner included.

In general I don't accept returns and everything is sold "as is".  My intention is that I am honest in my grading and condition reports and the photographs are very adequate for you to make an informed decision.  If you want more photos or a close up or two, just ask and I'll send them your way. 

As stated, not a reseller.  My vinyl collection grew too big and there is only so much anyone can listen to on any given day.   I would rather put them out to people who will play and enjoy them.  I've bought some very disappointing albums off of eBay in the past and I'm not that guy.  Any questions, just ask and thanks for looking.
