Description
- The Rolling Stones released their second live album "Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!" in September 1970 on London Records. It was recorded during November 27-28, 1969 shows at Madison Square Garden in NYC (except for one track that was culled from a Baltimore show) and really captures the band's raw energy. This was the first tour with Mick Taylor as a replacement for Brian Jones.
- This copy (NPS-5) is from the first pressing and is in excellent condition. The cover is intact with only minor ring and edge wear and is VG+. Please see the pictures. The disc test plays cleanly and is also VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. The dead wax on Side 1 is etched XZAL 10076-3-9123-70 ?15256 and it is stamped with MR inside a circle which indicates it was a Monarch pressing.
- In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.
- Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last picture.
- This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 50 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned and wiped with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
