A fairly high book value LP - "BETWEEN THE BUTTONS", the fifth LP from The Rolling Stones, DECCA SKL 4852 ~ (STEREO 1967)

This is a one owner, boxed DECCA logo on blue non grooved version 10 labels LP with a James Upton printed non flip back undamaged cover; side 1 is from the first Mother of the 6th Master Lacquer and side 2 from an unknown Mother of the 5th Master Lacquer, (stampers unknown on both sides); I am selling this for my friend who rarely played his records and when he did it was on a top quality Linn turntable.

It is in stiff, medium weight 135 gram vinyl and has the run off groove matrix numbers "XZAL-7644-6K", with a "1" at the 9 o'clock on side 1 and "XZAL-7645-5K" with no number that I can see at the 9 o'clock position, (these XZAL numbers are repeated on the labels)

This LP is in good playing condition and sounds very good on my own system (Garrard Zero 100 deck with new Stanton cartridge, Technics class AA amplifier and Jim Rogers JR150 speakers).

It has the tenth version of the boxed blue Decca labels which have hardly any signs of play and it exhibits no clicks or pops on either side and has no scratches as the images show with the music being good and clear with no high frequency loss or distortion. It's flat with no warps and no centre hole offset wow and has no sleeve induced surface marking.

The non flip back cover is in very good condition as well with no lifting of the laminate, very minor spine creasing and no disc access or shelf wear and no ring wear. The inner paper sleeve is a bit tatty and slightly yellowed.
Using the Rare Record Price Guide ratings system this record and it's cover are rated EXCELLENT and my 2016 copy gives it a suggested value of £125 but I am starting it at just £24.50.

This record will be sent in a heavy duty card record mailer and card stiffener, with the vinyl in it's sleeve, protected by jiffy foam, to avoid the cover being cut damaged by the record's edges in transit.

The cost to The Republic of Ireland, France, Germany and most of the near EU  is £12.50 and to farther flung countries such as USA & Japan and Australia it will be £16.00.

I will only send this insured, in this case to £50.00 FBV, and by means requiring a signature on delivery - see more on this below; (if the FBV rises to over £50.00 an additional charge for the extra insurance at cost will be added to the ebay invoice)
No packing charges are added; you just pay what I pay to send it!

NB: This item may be picked up in person, otherwise it will be despatched securely, via a tracked and insured service only, so it will need to be signed for at the delivery address. I will not send it to a PO box, or care of a business address without written acceptance of your liability for loss, theft or damage; the registered address for your accounts within both eBay and PayPal must tally exactly with each other and be the same as the delivery address.

Carriage charges, where indicated, are for UK (zone 1) post codes only. If you are in other zones or are an overseas bidder, you can get an estimate of shipping costs by checking with the www.royalmail.co.uk web site, (choosing the International Shipping option, then entering the estimated shipping weight shown in the green shipping details section above, tick "packet" and then on the next view, "signed for" and an insurance value appropriate to the item's final value). The prices for the shipping options will then be shown, such as International Datapost or Global Priority etc. and remember that the overseas shipping charge is based upon the Volumetric Shipping Weight, not the actual weight, so you must also enter the box dimensions into the web site pricing engine if I have provided them, (by clicking on the "Get Exact Price" button)
It may be that the item will be light enough for the "International Signed For Small Packets" service, if so, this is how it would be sent.
Payment may be by Pay Pal/cheque/postal order/bank transfer or with real money if collecting in person, but please note that I do wait 12 working days before posting items against cheques and 8 against bank transfers on the advice of my bank; PayPal payments ensure prompt postage.
