The Plimsouls were formed in Paramount, California about 15 miles south of Los Angeles. They started out as a trio called the Tone Dogs and became a crowd favorite at the LA club scene. They were signed to a record deal, changed their name and made an EP. An LP followed and a couple songs got heavy airplay.

Musically, they were at the cusp of New Wave that was absorbed heavily on radio.

Cover has some very slight shelf wear with a magic marker "X" scrolled in the upper right corner. Record plays VG++ or better. Generic inner sleeve.
