Yes, the real thing. An original pressing of the legendary debut Misfits single from 1977. This was an edition of only 500 and of course no Misfits collection would be complete.....blah, blah, blah.
The vinyl is VG+. Light wear (nothing approaching a scratch though). A recurring surface noise is noticeable during the run in/out. This seems to have been inherent in the pressing as opposed to anything caused by wear because there’s nothing visible on the vinyl. The thing still sounds great. The vinyl is heavy opaque black (the later bootleg edition was translucent when held up to light).
Thin paper cover (sealed on three sides) shows some signs of its age but is still in good shape. It has some creasing but no seam splits or tears. VG++ and actually looks better in real life than the crappy scan suggests.
In case anybody feels like asking the matrix has “A-101 Rich Spectrum B’klyn NY” on the a-side and just “B-102 Rich” on the B-side”

Shipping for this item is $5. This covers priority mail in the US or airmail to anywhere else in the world. Insurance is extra and depends on the final value.
Overseas bidders please note that if you want insurance the record must be declared at its full value for customs and also requires that the package be sent at the more expensive “parcel post” rate.
Records are removed from their sleeves to prevent seam splitting and shipped in record mailers with cardboard stiffeners. Packages sent without insurance are done so at your own risk but problems are rare.
