You are bidding on a rare 3 lp melvins Trilogy Set.. a limited-edition set of the Ipecac Records trilogy that the band released in 1999. The three albums are presented in picture disc form, with a special gatefold sleeve. With all three albums together, it is easier to link the idea behind each project and see how one fits with another. The Melvins have always been one of the great forward-thinking bands, so it is nice to see that the group has such a strong grasp on what makes a project like this work. With beautiful packaging and some truly unique music, this is a wonderful item for fans of the band and a treat for vinyl fanatics. This set has been opened but comes with original sticker from the front of the plastic seal. COVER IS EXC ELLENT ++ (would say near mint but want to be on safe side), GATE FOLD is in wonderful condition SLEEVES ARE NEAR MINT - I don't even think they were ever played all the way through, just opened by someone who was curious to see the inside artwork and picture discs (which i might add are a bit controversial - so if things tend to float over your head and you take everything literally, they might offend you.)
