Included is a red plastic record disk in the center of the record

The sleeve has a colorful picture of the Little Drummer Boy playing his drum

The back of the sleeve has the same picture as the front with the words to the songs

• Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a crease from the record. Few tiny tears along the top open edge with a bit of wear. Tiny crease on two corners)         
• Vinyl: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)       
• Labels: VG++VG+ (Side 2 has some pitting)
