How TrustMark Works

Sellers registered by Paymate and approved for participation in the Paymate TrustMark Program can display a "TrustMark" logo on their website or auction listing to enable buyers to trade confidently with them.

Only Sellers who qualify for Paymate's TrustMark Program, have no record of failure to deliver goods paid for via Paymate and accept the code of conduct prescribed by the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to display the "TrustMark" logo.

• Increased confidence in purchasing from Sellers displaying the "Paymate TrustMark" logo in auction listing or website, with level reflecting the Seller's track record with Paymate.
