THE KINKS Percy ORIGINAL 1971 UK PRESS LP EX/EX+ RARE

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- From my own personal collection - Rare original UK pressing of this classic 70s film sound track - Percy by The Kinks. Released on the Pye label, catalogue no. NSPL 18365. The record is housed in the original textured sleeve by Garrord & Lofthouse

Vinyl Condition:- Visually near EX but plays as an EX. Gleaming vinyl with just a few minor light surface hairlines only visible when viewed at an angle under bright light. One side has a little sweat marks caused by the anti-static sleeve the record has been kept in but these are non-audible and have no effect on play. Side one has 10 second repeat click in the the third track. Overall sound quality is great. This record has been fully test played before this auction

Sleeve Condition:- EX+ Very nice clean condition for this delicate textured sleeve with no noticable signs of wear. Tiny mild crease on one corner and that is about all to mention. Very clean example with a crisp and fully readable spine.

Label Condition:- EX+ Nice clean condition with just two or three vey light spindle marks and no wear around spindle hole.

MINT: I only used this grade for new or unplayed records. I use the grade NEAR MINT
If a record has been played, even if the condition of the record and sleeve is perfect.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
