If you are not satisfied that the item is as described when you receive it, please email us immediately to see how we can resolve the issue. We want our customers to be pleased with the quality and service they receive from us. If we cannot fix the problem, we will gladly refund your full purchase price upon receipt of returned goods.

WE SHIP WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING PAYMENT. We do not run to the post office every day, so your shipment goes out on the next run we make after you pay.

We offer postal service, worldwide. A postage calculator is on our auction pages. If you are bidding on multiple items, do not pay until you are done bidding/purchasing. Please email us for the combined shipping amount and indicate which shipping method you prefer.
We offer Media Mail or First Class in the US, and Airmail Letter Post elsewhere, for the least expensive method. For quicker delivery, we also offer Priority Mail.
MEDIA MAIL (for LPs) can take up to two weeks to certain US destinations.

Shipping cost will reflect our 1.50 shipping and handling fee. We take very great care in the inspection, pricing and shipment of our orders. We really listen to our customers, too. If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to email us. We'll usually get back to you within two days.
We pack very carefully to make sure you receive your items as beautifully as we shipped them, however, we do not accept responsibility for damage in transit. Each LP is placed outside its sleeve, packed with cardboard insert in a heavy-gauge cardboard shipping carton, taped securely and marked clearly for careful handling. All our other items are carefully shipped as well.

Insurance is optional, and available with US shipping. You should be able to select insurance at checkout if you desire it. If it does not appear, simply email us for a revised invoice.
