I have played this record and in my opinion it is in:

EXCELLENT CONDITION: Sleeve may have some slight wear and vinyl may have some slight surface marks. Vinyl may show some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. There is a small hole punched through the sleeve.
