This is The Jam - 'Eton Rifles' UK 7' SIGNED on the front by PAUL WELLER.
Original pressing in GLOSSY CARD picture sleeve. Cat n0; POSP 83. Released in 1979.
Please check 2nd photo for better viewing. It's signed in blue biro on the white ring.
A friend of mine got this signed by WELLER after a JAM gig back in the day. The other 2 weren't with him!
Not the most ideal sleeve to have signed but maybe all the more rare for that reason! ( it's much clearer than photo suggests)
This is a 100% genuine item although i don't have a letter of authenticity etc however....
