Sleeve: EX Front-laminated flipback cover, by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd, with three fold-over card flaps on the unlaminated back cover, plus "Patents Pending" text and the first UK issue release date code of "6706" (June 1967) on the bottom rear flap. Spine: EX+ Labels: NM / EX++ Side 1 label has an original "FACTORY SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE" sticker glued on it, plus raised/embossed "KT" lettering. Inner: EX / MINT Supplied to you with the original plain paper inner, plus a brand new plain white paper inner with anti-static poly dust liner.
