THE FOCUS – SHADES OF LIFE
UNBELIEVEABLY RARE PRIVATE FEMALE FOLK RELEASE. PRESSED IN AN ISSUE OF LESS THAN 50 IN THE EARLY 70’S. THIS GATEFOLD DOUBLE LP FEATURES BOTH TRADITIONAL AND MORE MODERN FOLK STANDARDS AS WELL AS SOME SONGS WRITTEN BY THE PERFORMERS AND THEIR FRIENDS. A REALLY BEAUTIFUL AND HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER ALBUM.

GRADING:
SLEEVE: EX+ Sleeve is in fantastic condition. The only reason that this is not NM is that there is some slight ringwear to the rear of the sleeve. The inside of the sleeve is immaculate and includes a preamble to the album and a track listing.
VINYL: EX The vinyl is nearly perfect. There are a couple of very light paper scuffs under bright light. BOTH RECORDS SOUND ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
